Tools
Three free tools. No email, no signup wall, nothing stored. Built because every calculator in this market asks for your details before it shows you a number — and most flatter the answer once it does.
AI Agent ROI Calculator
What automating a task is actually worth — hours recovered, money recovered, and payback. Discounted by a sourced 60% recovery rate rather than the 100% most calculators assume.
AI Agent Cost Calculator
True cost of ownership: build, fees, maintenance and the human review hours that never go away. Tells you when an agent costs more than the work it replaces.
Revenue Per Employee Benchmarks
How much revenue firms your size generate per person, across 21 industries. Built from US Census Bureau data, not vendor estimates.
Why these are free and ungated
A calculator behind an email form is a lead-capture device wearing a tool costume. The number it gives you is usually optimistic, because its job is to make the next step feel obvious.
Ours defaults to a 50% recovery rate rather than 100%, uses median wages rather than mean, and shows the cost line alongside the benefit. If the numbers do not work for your situation, you should be able to find that out in thirty seconds without talking to anyone.
What the calculator will not tell you
Error and delay costs are not modelled — the invoice paid twice, the lead that went cold, the contract that auto-renewed. In most operations these are larger than the labour saving. They are also specific enough that a generic calculator would be guessing, which is why the audit exists.
